UTS - Nameraka Purin

Today is my midterm exam on the Food Styling course and I had the chance to make another Nameraka Purin. I did not find it difficult at all, since I had made this Purin before. Within 1 hour I had finished making Purin and it came out as I expected. The surface of the purine is smooth, with no pores at all. Then, I started plating, I served it as a whole and I added fruits on top.
